| I inserted the key
but it still says "unregistered". What's wrong?
Normally this is because the HotSync ID you gave us for key generation
is wrong. Please do the following:
1) Open the AboutBox
2) Press "Show ID"
3) Go to the MemoPad and create a new note
4) Execute "Edit->Paste" on the new memo
5) HotSync with the desktop
6) Paste the contents of the memo on an email and send it to support@jomosoft.com
